Orders All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is found to be out of stock after purchase. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Pricing All prices are listed in USD. The price at time of order placement is the price charged.
Payment We accept PayPal. Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.
Shipping We ship worldwide via Taiwan Post Air Parcel, including the USA. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. USA orders are limited to USD 300 per order — see Shipping to USA.
Customs & Import Taxes USA orders: a USA Import Duty & Handling charge of 15.5% of the product subtotal is collected at checkout and prepaid on your behalf, so nothing further is collected on delivery. All other countries: customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Akira Hobbies does not collect or remit taxes for destinations outside the USA. Buyers are responsible for self-declaration of imports in their country.
All Sales Final We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check product descriptions and compatibility carefully before ordering. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, contact us first.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Shipments International parcels can take up to 45 days or more to arrive, and tracking may not update regularly during transit. We will only consider a shipment lost and file a claim with Taiwan Post after 60 days from the ship date. Please do not open a PayPal dispute before contacting us first.
Limitation of Liability Akira Hobbies is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from use of products purchased from this store. RC parts are for use by experienced hobbyists. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.
